Did you know the average American child can identify roughly 1,000 corporate logos, but can only identify a handful of plants and animals native to their hometown? We created activities like this to change those numbers. How many native birds will you identify on your classroom nature walk? Use this card with your students to help identify native birds by name. This card is designed to be used with our Urban Birding Curriculum Unit. (1 card per student)
