Return Policy
We accept returns on Store orders if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. All project boxes that contain plants or perishable items are ineligible for return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Camp Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and Refund: Payment for camp is due in full at registration. Prior to May 1st, we are happy to provide a full refund. After April 30th, we will only provide a 50% refund of the registration tuition no matter the reason – sickness, death in the family, change of plans etc. Camp tuition is used to pre-purchase supplies and reserve staffing. The only time a refund is provided is in the event Green Explorers Club needs to cancel camp. In this case a full refund of the registration price will be provided to the customer.
Transfers, Make-Ups and Sick Days: While we cannot offer refunds for summer camp beginning May 1st, we are happy to transfer your space to another child provided he or she meets age requirements. In order to make the transfer, we require at least one week’s notice. In the event your child is sick, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up day if we have a space available. We are unable to provide refunds for sick or missed days of camp regardless of the reason.
