Return Policy

We accept returns on Store orders if the items are unused and not damaged. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. All project boxes that contain plants or perishable items are ineligible for return. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return packages must include:

  • Return details: order number, account name, reason for return

  • Items in original packaging/crates and in original condition

  • Email us at kelly@greenexplorersclub.com to get the return process started and check your eligibility.

Camp Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and Refund: A deposit of $150 is required to reserve your child(ren)’s space(s) for camp.  This deposit is non-refundable and collected at the time of registration.  The remaining balance for camp is due 30 days prior to the start of the selected weeks and is non-refundable.  The only time a refund is provided is in the event Green Explorers Club needs to cancel camp.  In this case a full refund of the deposit and balance will be provided to the customer.

Transfers, Make-Ups and Sick Days: While we cannot offer refunds for summer camp, we are happy to transfer your space to another child provided he or she meets age requirements.  In order to make the transfer, we require at least one week’s notice.  In the event your child is sick, we will do our best to accommodate a make-up day if we have a space available.  We are unable to provide refunds for sick or missed days of camp regardless of the reason.
